Description

You will own and manage corporate budgets, consolidation, and reporting at Nava, a public benefit consultancy modernizing government technology. Working closely with finance and leadership, you'll lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation, perform financial analysis, and ensure compliance with government contracting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• 4+ years of finance and accounting experience, preferably at growing professional services firms
• Workday Adaptive Planning implementation or advanced administration experience
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced modeling, pivot tables, macros) and Google Sheets
• Strong understanding of cash flow management, income statements, balance sheets

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning
• Maintain integration workflows between Adaptive and ERP systems
• Serve as primary system administrator for Adaptive
• Support annual budgeting, monthly reforecasting, and variance analysis
• Build KPI dashboards, management reports, and executive presentations
