💼 About This Role

You'll perform direct maintenance on company aircraft under the CAMP program, ensuring airworthiness and safety. Your work directly supports Aero's premium flight operations. You'll work a 4-day, 10-hour schedule on second shift at our Van Nuys base.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Service, repair, and perform maintenance on company aircraft
• Complete maintenance records accurately
• Provide leadership and train apprentices
• Conduct all tasks safely and in compliance with regulations

📋 Requirements

• Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license
• Valid driver's license
• Experience on large aircraft (10+ seats)
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in confined spaces

✨ Nice to Have

• 2+ years aircraft maintenance experience
• Experience on Embraer 135/145/600 or Legacy aircraft
• Avionics experience
