Responsibilities

• Manage team of 3-5 professionals for benefit billing issues and reconciliations
• Oversee day-to-day billing operations and high-level financial issues with partners
• Supervise monthly, quarterly, and yearly audits ensuring accurate reconciliations
• Establish and enforce SOPs and SLAs with insurance partners
• Identify process improvements and implement operational automations
