  • Provide person-centered instruction to build daily living skills and community integration.
  • Implement evidence-based strategies (e.g., ABA) to teach coping skills and address behavioral needs.
  • Ensure client safety across home, vehicle, and community; manage crisis situations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, incidents, and administrative records.

  • Caring heart and commitment to helping others live with dignity.
  • Willingness to learn and implement behavioral intervention techniques and structured support plans.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and insurance.
  • Willingness to undergo state and federal fingerprint background check.
