๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Provide person-centered instruction to build daily living skills and community integration.
- Implement evidence-based strategies (e.g., ABA) to teach coping skills and address behavioral needs.
- Ensure client safety across home, vehicle, and community; manage crisis situations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, incidents, and administrative records.
๐ Requirements
- Caring heart and commitment to helping others live with dignity.
- Willingness to learn and implement behavioral intervention techniques and structured support plans.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and insurance.
- Willingness to undergo state and federal fingerprint background check.

- CPR Certification (can be obtained after hire)
- Recent TB test
