You'll be the face of Starlink satellite internet service, triaging and resolving customer issues across multiple channels. Your core impact is analyzing trends and designing support interventions to improve the customer experience. This role is ideal for someone looking to join a scrappy, early-stage team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Triage and resolve customer issues across digital, voice channels
• Be a relentless internal advocate for the customer
• Provide technical support using hardware, software, and network expertise
• Surface product, process, and training issues with data

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 1+ years of customer support experience
• Fluent in English and Ukrainian

• Excellent problem-solving and sleuthing skills
• Experience with networking, hardware troubleshooting, or software development
