💼 About This Role

You'll lead standup paddleboarding, kayaking, and canoeing for kids at camp, with co-instructors. You'll teach outdoor skills and ensure safety and risk management. Training provided for all core sports.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead standup paddleboarding, kayaking, and canoeing with campers
• Participate in mountain biking, rock climbing, and camp games
• Manage risk and teach safe recreation practices
• Demonstrate appropriate behavior and attitudes for campers

📋 Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• 1+ year experience working with kids preferred

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in core sports
• Swift Water Rescue Certification
• ACA L3 or L4 Paddle Certification
