💼 About This Role

You'll provide one-on-one nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes during the 2026-2027 school year. You'll have clinical autonomy while being supported by a dedicated care team with 24/7 clinical support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver nursing care according to care plan
• Administer medication, treatment, and therapy
• Perform clinical assessments and family education
• Provide complex care including trach vent management

📋 Requirements

• Active LPN/LVN license
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned
• Strong assessment and communication skills
