Description

You will act as the bridge between customers, business lines, and the Device team, driving the lifecycle of embedded systems from bring-up to deployment and decommissioning. You will define a unified release strategy, orchestrate cross-functional collaboration, and prioritize initiatives to maximize impact for Anduril's defense technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical discipline
• 4+ years managing technical programs or engineering complex systems
• Proven track record of delivering multi-stakeholder projects from ambiguity to success
• Exceptional organizational rigor and analytical skills
• Outstanding communication skills with engineers and executives

Responsibilities

• Serve as connective tissue between customers, business lines, and Device team
• Provide structural clarity and prioritization frameworks for competing demands
• Architect unified embedded software release strategy across all Business Lines
