You will own payroll compliance for your country/region, ensuring local legislation is correctly interpreted and implemented. You'll partner with Product and Engineering to embed compliance into Remote's global payroll platform, conduct audits, and lead incident resolution.

• Proven record leading audits or compliance programs
• Experience partnering with technical teams to convert rules into product requirements
• Strong communicator and confident investigator
