💼 About This Role

You'll lead the workload sizing roadmap for Rubrik's cyber-resilience platform, managing tactical and strategic tracks to coordinate sizing inputs and leverage AI for self-service guidance. Your primary customer is the global Sales Engineering community, where you'll get fast, direct feedback loops to refine tool experiences. This role offers high visibility and the chance to shape AI-driven sizing at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the tactical sizing backlog and resolve blockers.
• Engage with Sales Engineering to understand pain points.
• Drive decisions by navigating conflicting viewpoints.
• Coordinate with engineering teams across US and India.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of PM experience in B2B enterprise software.
• Ability to analyze market data for sizing automation.
• Proficiency in customer adoption metrics to refine roadmap.
• Bachelor's degree in technical or business field.
