💼 About This Role

You'll build a new territory selling windows and doors to contractors and builders in the Chicagoland market. You'll establish relationships and grow a book of business from scratch with potential to reach $7M+ annual run rate. This role offers autonomy and flexibility with support from internal resources.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Call on contractors, builders, and GCs to build relationships
• Prospect via phone, jobsite visits, referrals, and follow-up
• Support quoting and estimating process with internal resources
• Manage pipeline activity and forecast using CRM tools

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of B2B outside sales calling on contractors/builders/GCs
• Demonstrated success developing new accounts and growing revenue
• Comfort with prospecting, jobsite visits, and relationship development
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally

• Experience selling windows, doors, or related building materials
• Background in both new construction and remodel/replacement work
