You'll build and grow HeyGen's local community ecosystem in Japan, cultivating relationships with users and advocates. Your core impact is driving trust, learning, and long-term advocacy through ambassador programs and community-led events. This part-time contract role offers the opportunity to shape a self-sustaining community engine.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a country-level community plan aligned with global direction.
• Identify, recruit, and support local ambassadors and partners.
• Enable ambassadors with resources, guidance, and ongoing support.
• Support community-led activations like workshops or meetups.
• Track community signals and share local insights with the global team.

📋 Requirements

• Community building experience in creator platforms, SaaS, or education-led products.
• Ability to drive outcomes through relationships rather than headcount.
• Experience working independently as a contractor with autonomy.
• Comfortable with part-time flexible engagement (20-25 hours/week).
