📋 Requirements

• Experience in experimental design and statistics on large-scale user data
• Prior experience managing a team of data scientists in product analytics
• Experience working with large-scale data systems like Hadoop, Hive, Presto, or Spark
• Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations
