You will lead a team managing and servicing high-risk asset portfolios, blending people leadership, credit decision-making, and risk management expertise to support strong portfolio performance and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Experience in credit risk management and team leadership
• Strong analytical skills in financial statement review and credit analysis
• Knowledge of lending policies, credit structures, and regulatory compliance
• Ability to collaborate with legal counsel on bankruptcy and foreclosure matters
• Effective communication and performance management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a geographically diverse team managing complex credit exposures
• Evaluate complex lending and servicing requests, exercising delegated lending authority
• Oversee resolution strategies for distressed credit exposures within the Risk Asset Unit
• Lead resolution of non-performing credit exposures through restructuring and legal recovery
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory expectations
