Description
As Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee end-to-end delivery of managed IT services to clubs and golf venues, ensuring secure, stable, and high-performing systems for gaming, hospitality, member management, and administration. You will lead the Service Desk and technical teams while acting as the senior operational contact for key stakeholders like CEOs and CFOs.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in an MSP environment
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Hyper-V
- Strong understanding of club or hospitality IT environments (highly regarded)
- Experience managing SLA-driven service delivery
- Commercially aware and operationally disciplined
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Service Desk and field engineers
- Ensure SLA performance across club environments
- Oversee escalations impacting gaming, POS, telephony and critical infrastructure
- Conduct regular service review meetings with club executives
- Monitor service performance, utilisation and contract profitability
