- Partner with AEs to move deals through the sales cycle
- Perform mid-funnel follow-ups after demos
- Rebook missed demos by reaching out to no-shows
- Follow up with inbound leads from website or campaigns
- Maintain CRM hygiene and keep records accurate
📋 Requirements
- At least 1 year in sales, customer engagement, or lead generation
- Proven experience with CRM platforms like Pipedrive, Salesforce, or HubSpot
- Strong communication skills to build rapport and handle objections
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
