You'll lead the LLM team at EverAI, architecting and deploying models that power a massive-scale conversational AI platform used by millions. Your core impact will be optimizing inference, managing the model lifecycle, and building high-precision moderation systems in the uncensored AI space.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ship production code and lead the LLM team hands-on.
• Optimize context windows, memory/RAG retrieval, and inference latency.
• Drive SFT and RLHF/DPO strategy for model alignment.
• Design custom classifiers for nuanced content moderation.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience shipping ML/LLM features to millions of users.
• Deep proficiency in Python/PyTorch and modern LLM stack (vLLM, HuggingFace).
• Experience building moderation systems for uncensored/NSFW content.
• Ability to balance alignment techniques with production velocity.

• Experience with RLHF or DPO at scale.
• Background in building RAG pipelines.
