🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with product leadership on metrics, dashboards, and roadmap decisions
• Design and analyze experiments end to end
• Run deep-dive analyses on partner usage, activation, and retention
• Own the metrics framework for product

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years of analytics experience
• Expert SQL and strong scripting in Python or R
• Experience with modern data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery
• Proven ability to design and run experiments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience analyzing payments, card issuing, or cross-border fintech products
• Exposure to stablecoins, crypto, or on-chain data
• Previous startup or hypergrowth environment experience
