Description

You will design, configure, and deliver RELEX's supply chain planning platform for retail or manufacturing clients, ensuring the solution is optimized for each customer's needs. You'll manage implementation projects, gather requirements, perform data analysis, and train customers to become self-sufficient. This role involves standard travel of 30-50% and collaboration with a global team of over 100 operations professionals.

Requirements

• 4-6 years experience in supply chain planning, demand/inventory planning, or software implementation
• Experience with supply chain planning software such as OMP or Kinaxis
• Experience in 3+ areas: SCM, inventory management, demand forecasting, logistics, supply planning, production planning, retail planning optimization, or business data analytics
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Practical understanding of large language models (LLMs) and AI tools

Responsibilities

• Manage supply chain planning implementation projects in demand forecasting, replenishment, and supply planning
• Gather business requirements and create process documentation
• Conduct detailed data analysis to guide optimal solution builds
• Build and test configurations to support customer workflows and support UAT
• Train customers to become proficient and self-sustaining in the software
