💼 About This Role

You'll lead the SRE and infrastructure strategy for a leading trading platform, shaping reliability, scalability, and resilience globally. You'll own the development and execution of high-load systems and a mature SRE framework.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute SRE and infrastructure strategy
• Oversee design and automation of cloud infrastructure (AWS, K8s, Terraform)
• Own GitOps platform and consolidate FluxCD/ArgoCD
• Define and enforce reliability standards (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets)

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as Head of SRE, SRE Director, or similar senior leadership role
• Hands-on technical understanding of AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, FluxCD/ArgoCD, CI/CD
• Deep understanding of SRE principles (SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, incident management)
• Experience as a manager of managers and building engineering culture

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech or financial services
• Experience with multi-cloud disaster recovery
• Low-latency, high-throughput systems background
