💼 About This Role
You'll own the full partnership lifecycle end-to-end for Airwallex's Canada SME team, building joint GTM plans with partners and driving revenue. You'll collaborate across GTM, sales, marketing, and strategy to turn partnerships into a consistent growth channel.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Identify, qualify, and close new partnership opportunities across priority verticals
- Own partner relationships end-to-end, including onboarding, activation, and ongoing management
- Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue through consistent activation and engagement
- Build joint GTM plans with partners, including campaigns, events, and co-selling motions
📋 Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or related GTM role
- Experience owning relationships and driving commercial outcomes
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly
- Experience using CRM and related tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo)
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth startup environment
- Experience negotiating and structuring partnerships with commercial outcomes
- Existing network in Canada within key verticals (ecommerce, tech, travel, professional services)
