💼 About This Role

You'll own the full partnership lifecycle end-to-end for Airwallex's Canada SME team, building joint GTM plans with partners and driving revenue. You'll collaborate across GTM, sales, marketing, and strategy to turn partnerships into a consistent growth channel.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify, qualify, and close new partnership opportunities across priority verticals
  • Own partner relationships end-to-end, including onboarding, activation, and ongoing management
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue through consistent activation and engagement
  • Build joint GTM plans with partners, including campaigns, events, and co-selling motions

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or related GTM role
  • Experience owning relationships and driving commercial outcomes
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly
  • Experience using CRM and related tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo)

  • Experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth startup environment
  • Experience negotiating and structuring partnerships with commercial outcomes
  • Existing network in Canada within key verticals (ecommerce, tech, travel, professional services)
