💼 About This Role

You'll lead and control the end-to-end execution and financial performance of assigned plumbing and HVAC projects. You'll replace informal coordination with structured project management and ensure all projects are authorized, planned, executed, monitored, and closed in a disciplined manner. This role offers the chance to drive measurable outcomes in a Lubbock-based operation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Enforce standardized project lifecycle stages for plumbing and HVAC projects
• Maintain project plans, schedules, and execution controls
• Monitor job cost performance against budget and manage labor productivity
• Coordinate with Construction Director and Service Director for project alignment

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical contracting
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects
• Proven accountability for job cost and schedule performance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• PMP or PMP-equivalent project management training preferred
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
• Construction management or engineering experience
