💼 About This Role

You'll take ownership of the Operations Platform domain, building and scaling internal systems that power critical workflows like payroll, inventory, and recruitment. You'll drive the evolution of platforms relied on by dozens of teams and structure complex operational processes for scalability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define roadmap and improvements for the Operations Platform domain
• Design and evolve master data system for operational employees
• Build and improve OPS recruitment workflow systems
• Analyze and structure processes like payroll, inventory, and access management
• Drive integrations between internal systems (CRM, training, WFM)

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience as Business Analyst / System Analyst
• Strong experience in process analysis and optimization (BPMN, AS-IS/TO-BE)
• Ability to work with complex, ambiguous systems and bring structure
• Experience writing structured requirements for engineering teams
