πΌ About This Role
You'll join the Global Grocery business unit, reporting to the Head of Commercial, to build a function from the ground up. You'll own multi-market relationships for 2-3 top-tier FMCG partners, transforming them into long-term growth engines. This role provides deep consultancy-style account management for high-value global partners in a newly formed CPG Strategic Partnerships team.
π― What You'll Do
- Own multi-market relationships for 2-3 top-tier FMCG partners.
- Negotiate and deliver 6-18 month Joint Business Plans.
- Lead and develop a growing team of Senior Account Managers.
- Create insight-led value propositions and toolkits.
π Requirements
- FMCG industry expertise as Senior Sales Manager or similar.
- Proven track record in strategic relationship management with high-priority clients.
- Demonstrable leadership and coaching skills in ambiguous environments.
- Excellence in negotiation and interpreting complex sales data.
