You'll join the Global Grocery business unit, reporting to the Head of Commercial, to build a function from the ground up. You'll own multi-market relationships for 2-3 top-tier FMCG partners, transforming them into long-term growth engines. This role provides deep consultancy-style account management for high-value global partners in a newly formed CPG Strategic Partnerships team.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own multi-market relationships for 2-3 top-tier FMCG partners.
  • Negotiate and deliver 6-18 month Joint Business Plans.
  • Lead and develop a growing team of Senior Account Managers.
  • Create insight-led value propositions and toolkits.

  • FMCG industry expertise as Senior Sales Manager or similar.
  • Proven track record in strategic relationship management with high-priority clients.
  • Demonstrable leadership and coaching skills in ambiguous environments.
