You'll join a small, talented team to build and optimize the Medal iOS app for real-time video recording, social feeds, and content discovery. Your work will impact millions of gamers capturing and sharing moments. You'll have the autonomy to ship features from concept to launch in weeks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own major parts of the iOS codebase and architecture decisions
• Build and optimize video-heavy features like recording and playback
• Tackle performance work: reducing stutter and improving frame rates
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ship fast without sacrificing quality

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of recent experience shipping iOS apps
• Strong Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI knowledge
• Experience with AVFoundation or video/audio on mobile
• Experience building complex real-time or social apps

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with video at a consumer-facing company
• Knowledge of Android development
• CI/CD experience (e.g., Xcode Cloud)
