๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead the People function at a Series B startup, building HR frameworks and partnering with senior leaders. Your work will directly shape how a 150+ person global team scales performance and culture. This role offers the chance to build the people strategy from scratch while collaborating with a VP of People in a dual role.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own the People function day-to-day across the business.
- Partner with managers on performance, probation, and employee relations.
- Drive strategic projects like performance management and L&D.
- Work with People Ops manager to ensure scalable, AI-first processes.
๐ Requirements
- People generalist with experience spanning business partnering, ops, and project delivery.
- Startup or scaleup background (post-Series A) building from scratch.
- Commercial mindset to frame People decisions in business terms.
- Hands-on experience with performance management, probation, and difficult people situations.

- Scaled a People function through 100-250 headcount.
- International employment experience.
- Built performance management or L&D frameworks from scratch.
