💼 About This Role
You'll own the full post-acquisition customer journey for xAI's subscription products, designing personalized multi-channel programs across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging. You'll drive engagement, retention, and expansion revenue for Grok subscriptions. This role combines growth marketing, product, data, and customer success in a fast-paced, flat organization.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end lifecycle strategy and execution across multiple channels.
- Develop and launch automated campaigns for onboarding, retention, and expansion.
- Build and refine audience segments using behavioral and subscription data.
- Set up and optimize A/B tests to improve key metrics like retention and churn.
- Analyze performance using SQL and analytics tools, reporting on KPIs.
📋 Requirements
- 4–7+ years in lifecycle or retention marketing (B2C SaaS or consumer tech).
- Proven track record of measurable improvements in retention or revenue.
- Hands-on expertise with Braze, Iterable, or similar marketing automation platform.
- Strong analytical skills with SQL for cohort analysis and funnel deep-dives.

- Experience with Segment, mParticle, or Census for advanced segmentation.
- Background in product-led growth or hybrid PLG/subscription models.
- Exposure to AI-driven personalization or predictive churn modeling.
