💼 About This Role

You'll own the full post-acquisition customer journey for xAI's subscription products, designing personalized multi-channel programs across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging. You'll drive engagement, retention, and expansion revenue for Grok subscriptions. This role combines growth marketing, product, data, and customer success in a fast-paced, flat organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end lifecycle strategy and execution across multiple channels.
  • Develop and launch automated campaigns for onboarding, retention, and expansion.
  • Build and refine audience segments using behavioral and subscription data.
  • Set up and optimize A/B tests to improve key metrics like retention and churn.
  • Analyze performance using SQL and analytics tools, reporting on KPIs.

📋 Requirements

  • 4–7+ years in lifecycle or retention marketing (B2C SaaS or consumer tech).
  • Proven track record of measurable improvements in retention or revenue.
  • Hands-on expertise with Braze, Iterable, or similar marketing automation platform.
  • Strong analytical skills with SQL for cohort analysis and funnel deep-dives.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Segment, mParticle, or Census for advanced segmentation.
  • Background in product-led growth or hybrid PLG/subscription models.
  • Exposure to AI-driven personalization or predictive churn modeling.
