Description

You will drive product adoption, engagement, and retention for a portfolio of customers, building strong relationships and helping define their long-term accessibility roadmap. Your work ensures customers see ongoing value from Level Access's software and services, supporting retention and growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS
  • Metrics-driven with ability to prioritize across large customer portfolio
  • Proven ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders up to executive level
  • Experience with CRM systems like Gainsight or Salesforce
  • Knowledge of digital accessibility regulations (Section 508, ADA) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders
  • Drive product adoption and engagement to ensure high satisfaction and retention
  • Partner with Account Managers to meet renewal and retention targets
  • Advocate for customers by translating feedback into product improvements
  • Conduct Business Reviews and monitor progress toward accessibility goals
