💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Growth and Marketing teams to design and deploy machine learning models that drive customer acquisition and retention. You'll apply predictive modeling, personalization, and causal inference to shape Airwallex's global growth strategy. This role offers high visibility and the chance to influence a critical growth phase.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical mentorship and set long-term vision for the data science team
• Serve as strategic thought leader with Marketing, Growth Product, and Engineering teams
• Design and deploy predictive models, personalization systems, and causal inference models
• Apply ML/statistical models to measure causal impact of Marketing initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years industry experience with an advanced degree in a quantitative field
• Expert in machine learning and statistical modeling to drive growth strategy
• Hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade ML models (cloud, real-time, batch)
• Expert in data querying languages (e.g., SQL) and scripting languages (e.g., Python)
