Description

You will provide comprehensive hardware and software support to employees in Tokyo, manage IT infrastructure, and collaborate with the global IT/SEC team on projects. You'll handle employee onboarding/offboarding, device lifecycle management, network and SaaS tool management, and drive automation initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant IT technician experience
• Bilingual in Japanese and English (Business Level)
• Rich experience with MacOS/Windows/SaaS/MDM/Network
• Familiarity with developer tools (GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Work with global IT/SEC team on IT projects from concept to production
• Employee onboarding and offboarding
• Device lifecycle management (procurement, provisioning, deployment, maintenance, de-provisioning)
• Network infrastructure management including wireless and VPN
• Implement, configure, and manage SaaS tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, JumpCloud)
