💼 About This Role

You'll own the strategy and roadmap for a core product area at UpKeep, the world's first AI-first CMMS. You'll drive product discovery, delivery, and prioritization to build AI-powered features that transform asset operations for over 4,000 companies. This role offers the opportunity to pioneer an industry shift in a fast-scaling Series B SaaS company backed by top investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product strategy and roadmap for a defined product domain.
• Lead product discovery through research and data analysis.
• Drive product delivery with engineering and design teams.
• Prioritize features balancing customer value, revenue, and technical investments.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams from discovery to delivery.
• Strong product judgment and decision-making with incomplete information.
• Fluency with data analysis and analytics tools.

• Experience in a high-growth startup (Series A-C).
