Description

You will shape content strategy and UX writing for user-facing products at Roblox, collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to craft compelling narratives and improve player and creator experiences. You'll build content design systems and advocate for consistent voice and tone across the platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years in content design, UX writing, or content strategy
• Strong portfolio showcasing interface copy, microcopy, and style guides
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional peers and stakeholders
• Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user-centered design
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, UX, HCI, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create and refine UX content for products and features
• Build and maintain content guidelines for voice, tone, terminology, and style
• Integrate content strategy and best practices into the product design process
• Drive team collaboration, culture, and process with Research and product design
• Use UX writing to improve clarity, usability, and engagement for players, parents, and creators
