๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Advise clients on termination, resignation, and redundancy procedures.
- Facilitate meetings with clients and employees on complex terminations.
- Draft and administer termination documents with accuracy.
๐ Requirements
- Experience in employee offboarding and terminations.
- Knowledge of international employment laws and compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple jurisdictions simultaneously.
