  • Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Advise clients on termination, resignation, and redundancy procedures.
  • Facilitate meetings with clients and employees on complex terminations.
  • Draft and administer termination documents with accuracy.

  • Experience in employee offboarding and terminations.
  • Knowledge of international employment laws and compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple jurisdictions simultaneously.
