Description

In this role, you will act as a consultant and partner to leaders and PBPs, designing and facilitating high-impact capability-building programs for leadership audiences. You will own strategic learning plans, facilitate leadership development, and use data to drive business results.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Partner or Consultant to leaders in a fast-paced, complex business environment, preferably in technology
• In-depth practical knowledge of adult learning principles and leadership development approaches
• Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and facilitating programs for executive and senior management audiences
• Experience in managing project timelines and working with vendors or external subject matter experts
• Fluency in English as a working language

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with PBPs and leadership to assess talent development needs
• Own, create, and execute strategic learning and enablement plans based on business needs
• Design and facilitate high-stakes learning offerings for Directors/Senior Directors and Senior Leadership Team
• Influence and advise key stakeholders on talent and capability priorities
• Gather and analyze data to develop strategic solutions for closing capability gaps
