💼 About This Role

You'll manage a field service team for Paytm's QR & Sound Box business in Coimbatore. You'll drive SLA closure and logistics to ensure merchant satisfaction. This role offers growth in India's leading fintech ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a team of 15-20 Field Service Engineers
• Ensure SLA compliance for proactive and reactive tickets
• Oversee material management and logistics from hub to FSE
• Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities with merchants

📋 Requirements

• Strong service background, preferably in DTH, broadband, or consumer electronics
• Local market knowledge of Coimbatore
• Inventory and stock handling experience
• Team management experience with at least 15-20 direct reports
