You'll dive into all operational aspects of Picnic's Fulfilment Centers and supply chain, with coaching to become a true leader. You'll take ownership of projects improving efficiency while supervising 100+ people per day. This Fast Track to Leadership program offers international experience and guaranteed career progression into an Operations Manager role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise 100+ team members per day in a Fulfilment Center
• Lead improvement projects using floor insights and analytics
• Rotate through leadership roles in operations
• Manage larger supply chain projects such as optimizing purchasing orders

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree with interest in logistics and supply chain
• 0-2 years of full-time work experience
• First leadership experience (board year, committee, or voluntary)
• Fluent in English
