You'll resolve complex customer escalations from leadership, regulatory inquiries, and social media at a mission-driven fintech company. Your work directly protects trust and the Robinhood brand.

  • Resolve customer escalations across support channels
  • Investigate and resolve complex issues from leadership and regulatory bodies
  • Partner with Compliance, Legal, and senior leadership on case summaries
  • Conduct root cause analysis to improve customer experiences

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required
  • 2+ years of customer support in financial services
  • FINRA Series 24 (or 9/10) required or obtained within 120 days
  • Experience managing highly escalated or sensitive customer situations
