You'll resolve complex customer escalations from leadership, regulatory inquiries, and social media at a mission-driven fintech company. Your work directly protects trust and the Robinhood brand.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Resolve customer escalations across support channels
- Investigate and resolve complex issues from leadership and regulatory bodies
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, and senior leadership on case summaries
- Conduct root cause analysis to improve customer experiences
๐ Requirements
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required
- 2+ years of customer support in financial services
- FINRA Series 24 (or 9/10) required or obtained within 120 days
- Experience managing highly escalated or sensitive customer situations
