You'll lead window installation projects for Mad City Windows & Baths, ensuring high-quality finish work and customer satisfaction. You'll coordinate with management and complete job checklists with homeowners. This role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install home remodeling products to company standards
• Apply finish work for each construction application
• Communicate with management to ensure customer satisfaction
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
• Great communication and customer service skills
