💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing an amazing shopping experience for pop culture fans. Your core impact is helping meet sales targets while training new recruits and covering the sales floor. You'll also open and close the store and process sales transactions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Step up to cover when the manager is away.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of retail store experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Able to navigate store, merchandise product, and lift up to 50 pounds.
