🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of senior HR consultants
• Drive performance across client satisfaction and retention metrics
• Scale operations through process optimization and AI integration
• Partner with product teams to pioneer AI-native HR services

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR or professional services experience
• Early people leadership experience or leading without authority
• Experience in client-facing environments (HR, consulting, service delivery)
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders or clients

• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in professional services
• Experience partnering with Product, Ops, and GTM teams
