Description

You will work with engineers to package, test, and assemble custom infrared image sensors in a cleanroom environment. Your role involves handling silicon wafers, wire bonding sensors into ceramic packages, performing visual and electrical inspections, and operating custom test equipment to collect image data.

Requirements

• Experience with precision test and measurement equipment
• Experience collecting data from devices under test
• Experience working with delicate microelectronics assemblies
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance
• Prior cleanroom experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Package, test, and assemble custom infrared image sensors
• Handle and test silicon wafers in automated probe test station
• Wire bond image sensors into custom ceramic packages
• Perform visual and electrical inspections of sensor chip assemblies
• Operate custom test equipment to collect image data
