You'll grow and manage a sales territory focused on cabinetry solutions for kitchens and baths, serving multi-family developers, residential builders, and remodeling contractors. Your core impact will be prospecting new B2B accounts and building long-term relationships with builders and designers. Earnings potential is uncapped with our commission system.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Prospect and cultivate new B2B accounts in residential and multi-family markets
  • Measure floor plans and create custom cabinetry proposals with design team
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Act as liaison between company and clients for smooth project execution

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience
  • Proven ability to hunt for new business
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of cabinetry or interior finishes
  • Experience with 2020 Design Flex or similar software
  • Experience with CRM software
