You'll grow and manage a sales territory focused on cabinetry solutions for kitchens and baths, serving multi-family developers, residential builders, and remodeling contractors. Your core impact will be prospecting new B2B accounts and building long-term relationships with builders and designers. Earnings potential is uncapped with our commission system.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Prospect and cultivate new B2B accounts in residential and multi-family markets
- Measure floor plans and create custom cabinetry proposals with design team
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
- Act as liaison between company and clients for smooth project execution
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience
- Proven ability to hunt for new business
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
โจ Nice to Have
- Knowledge of cabinetry or interior finishes
- Experience with 2020 Design Flex or similar software
- Experience with CRM software
