You will provide outstanding customer service to members and guests at Peloton Studios, handling check-ins, reservations, and studio tours, while ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment. You'll also support live productions and assist with administrative tasks to deliver a world-class member experience.

Requirements

  • Customer service or hospitality experience
  • Interest in health, fitness, or sports preferred
  • Reliable, professional, energetic, and computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills (in-person, email, phone)
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level customer service to members and guests
  • Book, cancel, and reschedule live productions via TeamUp
  • Perform check-in duties and ensure studio rule adherence
  • Manage day-of standby and waitlists to fill studio spots
  • Support post-class meet and greets, including photo management
