Description

You will own and drive execution of the business-analytics roadmap by demonstrating techno-functional consulting and stakeholder management capabilities. You will lead client workshops, define business problems, and articulate how data-driven solutions improve client objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BE/BTech CS) from Tier I/II universities; MBA from top B-schools preferred
• 8-10 years experience in CPG or Lifesciences analytics domains (Consumer Behavior, Demand Planning, etc.)
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to blend creativity and logical thought
• Experience developing strategic recommendations based on data analysis and building new consulting capabilities
• Demonstrated client relations management at C-suite/leadership level

Responsibilities

• Own and drive execution of business-analytics roadmap with techno-functional consulting
• Lead client workshops to articulate and solve ambiguous business problems using data science and AI
• Define business problems, consolidate findings, and hypothesize solutions; measure and articulate how results improve client objectives
• Independently liaise with customers and present solutions in an unstructured client environment
• Contribute to organization building through training, mentoring, and developing repeatable analytic approaches
