You'll generate leads and schedule tours for Culdesac Tempe, a car-free neighborhood. You'll provide exceptional customer service and support onsite events to attract new residents.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Contact leads and schedule tours of the neighborhood
• Coordinate and conduct onsite tours for prospective residents
• Support onsite events to generate new leads
• Attract and nurture prospects to convert them into residents

📋 Requirements

• Lead generation experience with prospect nurturing and conversion
• 1-2 years in property management or related industry
• Experience providing exceptional customer service and diffusing difficult situations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
