💼 About This Role

You'll lead a new service-based initiative bridging desktop 3D printing and industrial-scale production. You'll act as a mini-CEO to rapidly scale the Form Now service model from pre-launch to national scale. This role offers deep ownership over building a business within a cutting-edge 3D printing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as Product Owner and Lead for Form Now, identifying unmet needs.
• Create and lead a multi-disciplinary team for full-stack service.
• Make high-stakes decisions on pricing, hardware utilization, and GTM.
• Work at the intersection of engineering, sales, product, and manufacturing.

📋 Requirements

• Previously built a business or significant new venture.
• Understand how GTM strategy, customer acquisition, and hardware operations work.
• Possess a 'get it done' mindset—hustle to do whatever it takes.
• Excel at hiring and leading teams in a changing environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Direct experience in 3D printing service bureau or digital fabrication.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, CS, or related field.
• MBA or experience in high-growth GTM/Operations role.
• Familiarity with manufacturing standards and compliance (ISO, medical).
