💼 About This Role

You'll join the Green Angels team to provide on-site client support at their point of sale, helping with product activation and correct usage. You'll also manage inventory, reverse logistics, and equipment sorting at the local hub. This role combines field service with warehouse operations for a leading fintech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide on-site customer support at their point of sale
• Help clients initialize and correctly use Stone products
• Manage inventory, asset receipt, and reverse logistics
• Conduct equipment triage and periodic stock inventories

📋 Requirements

• Active motorcycle license (CNH A or AB) for at least 2 years
• Less than 10 active points on CNH in the last 12 months
• High school diploma (Ensino Médio completo)

✨ Nice to Have

• Completed or ongoing technical/undergraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields
• Customer service experience
• Logistics experience and intermediate/advanced Excel
