Description
You will build and lead a foundational sales team driving Claude adoption across mission-driven organisations in EMEA. You'll personally close complex deals with nonprofits, foundations, INGOs, educational institutions, and social enterprises while building a high-performing regional team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience in nonprofit technology, EdTech, or social impact sectors
- Track record of managing complex sales cycles within nonprofits, INGOs, foundations, or educational institutions
- Experience building and scaling sales teams across multiple time zones and cultural contexts
- Deep knowledge of EMEA regulatory environment and data protection requirements
- Player-coach mindset with ability to close deals while building team
Responsibilities
- Win new business and drive revenue from EMEA mission-driven organisations
- Build and lead a regional team, establishing structure, hiring priorities, and operational processes
- Design and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to diverse EMEA contexts
- Navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems to build consensus and drive deals
