You'll lead maintenance teams in creating clean, well-maintained apartment communities at Hawthorne Residential Partners. Your work ensures safe, welcoming environments for residents and supports team development through training and mentoring.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, schedule, and supervise daily maintenance team work.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready and meet quality standards.
• Proactively identify and resolve service needs throughout the community.
• Conduct on-call emergency service rotation as scheduled.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in apartment maintenance or skilled trade.
• Valid Driver's License.
• EPA certification.
• Prior supervisory or lead technician experience strongly preferred.
