💼 About This Role

You'll drive performance improvement and cost efficiency in Moloco's AI advertising platform through deep analysis of ML and infra systems. You will design optimization approaches for ranking, retrieval, and bidding systems. You'll work on planet-scale machine learning and conduct deep-dive analysis to influence R&D decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Improve ad-tech stack components like ranking, retrieval, and auction/bidding.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on large datasets to optimize bidding systems.
• Design and deploy optimization approaches for ad-delivery.
• Develop experiment design and metric frameworks for product decisions.

📋 Requirements

• Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD program in a technical/quantitative discipline.
• Able to work full-time (40 hrs/week) for 12 weeks during summer 2026.
• Must be graduating by June 2027 (for Bachelor's/Master's).
• Willing to work from Menlo Park, CA or Seattle, WA office.
